in chirps, coos, caws and cackles

The joke about the roster disturbing neighbors too early is alive and well at the house behind me. I have never minded though. The roster’s call in the morning, joined with other birds is a great way to greet the day.

I loved this one. I’ll keep it in mind when that early morning noise wakes me before I’m ready! :)

Wonderful sounds created in your haiku with the “chirps, coos, caws and cackles” — I loved this! And what a perfect way to wake up.

Well caught. Its good to think about the sounds as well as the sights that birds inspire.
