Very interesting. I’ve never thought about stars being shy.

Sometimes, if everytihng is just perfect here, the stars are like beacons! Twinkling galore! A beautiful little haiku- so sweet! I love stars!

lovely haiku. i like the phrase ‘cloak of night’, and the idea that the stars are hiding during the day. :-)

yes the stars are always there just in daylight we can’t see them - you’ve put it very nicely here.

Very nice. This is quite visual–and I love the personification of the stars. I never thought of them as shy in early evening before. This adds an interesting dimension to twilight.
