Twinkling starlight loses its shyness only in the cloak of night.

Very interesting. I’ve never thought about stars being shy.
Sometimes, if everytihng is just perfect here, the stars are like beacons! Twinkling galore! A beautiful little haiku- so sweet! I love stars!
lovely haiku. i like the phrase ‘cloak of night’, and the idea that the stars are hiding during the day.
yes the stars are always there just in daylight we can’t see them - you’ve put it very nicely here.
Intriuging image! Set me to thinking about what “night” might be for the shyer twinklers I know.
The shyness of stars is something I hadn’t thought about but your words show it all!
Yes! I love how stars grow bold in the dark of night! Really nice haiku and imagery.
How interesting. Love the contrast.
Very nice. This is quite visual–and I love the personification of the stars. I never thought of them as shy in early evening before. This adds an interesting dimension to twilight.
